The Nighthawk Custom GI Plus is a handmade single action semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP featuring a 5 inch match grade barrel, deep blued finish, and 8+1 capacity. As Nighthawk’s most historically inspired 1911, it draws from pistols carried by American servicemen and civilians, combining authentic styling with modern refinements in a Government-size frame built one at a time by a single master gunsmith.

This model features vertical rear cocking serrations, WWI-era inspired rollmarks, a ring hammer with modernized beavertail, and a thicker barrel bushing with flush-cut reverse-crowned barrel. The sight system pairs a fully adjustable serrated rear sight with a 14k gold bead front sight for a refined sight picture. Diamond-checkered cocobolo grips with the Nighthawk medallion, 30 lines-per-inch checkering on the front strap and mainspring housing, classic GI nub thumb safety, and a custom 3.5 to 3.75 pound trigger complete the traditional yet refined package. The pistol is completely dehorned with hand-beveled edges for comfortable carry.
