ZEV Technologies O.Z-9 Compact X

The ZEV Technologies O.Z-9 Compact X is a striker fired 9mm pistol that pairs a compact OZ-9C receiver and slide with a full size X grip. This FDE configuration uses a 4.03 inch black DLC match grade barrel, a Cerakote FDE slide, and 17+1 capacity. Two magazines and a low profile PRO magwell come with the pistol to improve control without adding extra length.

At the core of the OZ-9C is a patented steel receiver that runs the length of the pistol and fully integrates the locking block. Extended rails more than double the slide contact surface, while internal channels help clear debris and hold lubrication in high friction areas. The full size X grip and low profile PRO magwell make the Compact X easier to handle than the standard OZ-9C Compact without adding weight or barrel length. A fiber optic front sight and Combat V3 rear sight provide a clear sight picture, and the trigger is specified at a 4.5 lb pull.

This Compact X is suited to home defense, range training, and personal protection where a compact slide with a fuller grip is preferred. The FDE slide and black barrel give the pistol a two tone look, and the polymer X grip supports a secure hold during faster follow-up shots. At 7.3 inches long, it stays compact for carry while remaining easy to control on the range.
